Defence Secrecy when it suit the Defence and sticking their head over the Army barracks when it also suits them. Well it does not suit the civilians. Either they are behind the barrack fence or outside the fence.
• Partners of Solders effected by domestic violence, the Defence Department Officers should contact the victims parents not the next of kin, who, being the offender, bully, the animal partner.
• I remind the readers that I have allowed for violence due to alcohol, drugs and occasional temper. Solders who plan and repeatedly inflict violence, there are absolutely no excuse. I call these persons Narcissist of the worst kind. Never to be protected.

I shall not rest till The Government Minister assures that no further repeats of miss conduct by his Officers. Defence policy regarding contact of next of kin shall be changed and shall be enshrined in Defence Policy. Never again such gang ho behaviour to be repeated. xx
