September 23 rd. victim has twin daughters 13 weeks premature.

Husband offered no assistance from birth of twins.

Solder did have prior psychiatric disorder.

Remember the Army should have impeccable reputation . Not much different to Police Officers. Unfortunately that is not the fact.

They act like cowards behind the Defence Force Privacy Laws..

Once the solders put themselves outside the Army functions, then they should be civilian mince meat for their indiscretions.
