Today we mourn the passing of a beloved old friend, Common Sense, who has

Common Sense lost ground when parents attacked teachers for doing the job
that they themselves had failed to do in disciplining their unruly children.
It declined even further when schools were required to get parental consent
to administer sun lotion or an aspirin to a student; but could not inform
parents when a student became pregnant and wanted to have an abortion.
Common Sense lost the will to live as the churches became businesses; and
criminals received better treatment than their victims. Common Sense took a
beating when you couldn't defend yourself from a burglar in your own home
and the burglar could sue you for assault.
Common Sense finally gave up the will to live, after a woman failed to
realize that a steaming cup of coffee was hot. She spilled a little in her
lap, and was promptly awarded a huge settlement. Common Sense was preceded
in death, by his parents, Truth and Trust, by his wife, Discretion, by his
daughter, and Responsibility and Reason, by his son,

(1.) Personal Experience of school children.
A male child aged 6 attends a fairly high regarded public school in a suburb of Adelaide.
The child has a low concentration span.
The child is considered a bit below normal and attends class from 9am to 11 am.
The child does not listen to instruction well and does not respond to the satisfaction of the teacher.
The child is therefore considered naughty and the parents are called to pick the child up.
The child after a while escapes from the school grounds to walk home some 2 KM away.
The teacher calls the head master and another teacher to gently coheres the child back into the school grounds.
The child parents are not what one (I) would consider violent and definitely not inconsiderate.
The grand parent meets with the teacher and is told that school policy ( Rann Government school policy ) is that the teachers are not allowed to touch a child in any way. To hug, comfort or grab by the hands to restrict the child from a dangerous situation..
My question is. If an adult teachers are so restricted in teaching discipline methods.
If the parents are not allowed to hand smack the child. Then how will the child be taught to respect others.
One professional psychologist said that there has been a 10 year sturdy on not smacking children that has shown positive results.
My further question is. The said sample of children not been smacked would be if born at the start of the study be now 10 years old. The real effect of their upbringing would not been know till the said child became the age of parenting age. Age 18 if low educated or 28 if university educated.
If the said children were 5 or six years of age at the time of changing parenting no smack policy. Then which of the re age experience had the most long term impression.
Also from my experience. Children that have been brought up without discipline have still become violent parents.
From my experience with Family Law Magistrates . Magistrates say that what the children see they do. Which again i can not argue but support the concept. Conversely wild animal remain wild. Children who have not been forced to respect other without some fear of consequences for their action can become violent by lack of experience to self control and reaction to every action they inflect. What studies have been done for these type of children I ask Premier know all Mike Rann and his fellow minister of education.

3 single mothers . each with 5 children from different fathers.
1 Parent living in Woodville West, 1 parent living in Seaton and another living in semaphore Park.
All the neighbours at the 3 locations complained to me about the children knocking on doors regularly for food and milk.
Each of the family unit has children aged about 3. 5, 10, 12 and 14.
Each of the older children go bashing neighbouring children with stick or base ball bates.
1 Parent living in Woodville West, does not care where the children are at any time.
1 parent living in Seaton lives the children alone from 4 Pm to 7Am while being a women of the night.
The female older children attract boys . I caught them escaping by jumping out of every window of the house
when the neighbours complain to me about fires being alight against the cloths line on hot summer nights.
I met the police at the place either before or just after i arrived. Neighbours must have contacted then at the same time as they contacted me.
Police did nothing but watch, talk to the oldest child and drive off.
1 Parent living in Semaphore Park. Again similar to the other two, with the exception. No fires in back yard. But neighbours that do not comply with the children's demands get sand pored down the lawn mower and the like.
The children take it in turned to ride on a lawn mower playing chicken with cars on main road Bartley terrace.
When I approached the mother she was very polite and quite. She agreed and said that the fathers were in prison.
No wounder I thought she was quite. Any backchat and she I suspected, would have had a few teach bounce out of her mouth.
But child neglect had to be controlled for the safety of the children.
Every woman should have a right to have children. But at what government expense and the particular children safety.
Mr. Port Pirie Running marathoner Kevin Hamilton MP in office for over 10 years the neighbours tell me did nothing about the situation.
The neighbours are so frustrated I call the messenger Press to meet together in my Electorate office.
The neighbours voluntarily express to the media "that the said mothers should be sterilized."
The journalist said to me "is it alright if I print that single mothers with 3 or more children from 3 or more fathers should be sterilised"
I replied the only thing I am concerned about is child neglect and getting the offenders moved from the electorate. Where Hamilton had failed with these neighbours I was not prepared to fail them.
The rest is well reported as "ALL single women with 3 or more children from 3 or more fathers should be sterilized."
It is also well known by the recent 2009 Advertiser reports of school bullies on the rise in all metropolitan area of ADELAIDE.
15 Children in 1994. would make it 75 children in 2005 and possibly 375 such similar children by 2010.
Multiply that by every electorate in Adelaide and the figures become frightening.
What has Mr. Foley and Mr. Rann done about Children abuse and child violence? Nothing
No extra funding for school staff social workers to identify, report, interview parents. No extra funding for police time for domestic family intervention. No extra authority for teachers to intervene in children family domestic violence disputes.
As a matter of fact the government both state and federal have made the situation worse by the changes to the Family Law Act. The legislators in 2006 year have giving another problem to this already complex unworkable environment. Giving violent fathers of domestic violence, drug abuse, alcoholic abuse and problems with anger management the right to shared parenting in child access, shared education and medical authority.
My question is : If shared parenting does not work or did not work in normal family relationships. How in the hell will it work with antagonistic, get even reprisals in Court litigations where the lawyers, the judges and grand parents jump in for the slice of the cake and action?. Poor children. Poor next generation of disjointed families.
Wake up Australia . Wake up politicians.
Mr. Politicians work with hormones above your waste not those below your waste. Get that head out of the sand. Stop flirting with women, with democracy and your responsibilities.

Views and alleged allegations about Mike Rann.
(1.) Mike Rann in the Don Dunstan years believed that the park lands should be left as they were designed Park Lands.
The E&WS Work shops Kent Town, were removed and returned to Park Land.
The Victoria Park
Race course was intended to be removed
and returned to Park Land.
(2.) Mike Rann in the Don Dunstan years believed that the Upper House of SA parliament should be abolished.

rid of the South Australian Governor’s house and relocate
the residence at
Carrick Hill.
(b) Why not get
rid of the University Army Parade and relocate it at Keswick.

since being refurbished by Premier Don Dunstan years

Lets us get rid of Treasurer Kevin Foley. Who I allege was no good as a packer and stacker of cans on Supermarket shelves. I ledge was no good as a stacker of steel girders at a distribution steel store.
Kevin Foley supports developers who build multistory apartments small as dog boxes without windows allowing natural light. Foley seems to be still trying to practice rack'em, pack'em and stack'em the humans where he failed with can food at the supermarket as a teenager.
If similar conditions were built for pig or dog the RSPCA would condemn and prosecute the owner builders.
I allege Foley was no good
as an economic advisor to a nursing home in Semaphore which was forced to close.
I question what
characteristics he has that would make him go down in history as a good South Australian
Government Treasurer.
Considering that he Foley has admitted to depression. This state can not afford a person that is in most cases pessimistic . We need a person optimistic, who has a positive attitude always. Not just when he defends (like school bully boys) but when he leads and speculates to accumulate businesses and money for this state I allege and judge him as a follower.
Minister Michael Atkinson crows on Radio 5AA about have good knowledge of many religious dominations. How he attends many religious churches and practices religion. Yet does not take the Oath of Office in parliament, but instead takes an affirmation. ( What is he Atkinson scared of.) It might be just the same reasons we electors should be scared of him.

All started with SA Premier Don Dunstan controlling the opposition and will be completed with Premier Mike Rann as a non objective Journalist, man with no responsibility and annihilating the opposition at the next state election.
I allege by my observations and interpretation of Mr. rann conduct, that annihilating the opposition at the next state election is the aim of Mr. Rann in my opinion.
As my grade 1 educated voter (father) in Italy said continually to me that Mussolini used similar techniques when he gained power. (Dictatorship) Any one that criticized Mussolini lost court cases.
Any one that
criticized Mussolini had trumped up charges against them.
Any one that
criticized Mussolini lost their assets as punishment.
Any one that
criticized Mussolini that did not get the message after losing assets of intimidation lost their
civil liberties and eventually freedom.
Are Australians and
the Australian media any more intelligent, sophisticated, more observant to notice
the signs.

Politicians are like the Police and medical doctors are not supposed to be feared by adults or children.

Mr. Mike Rann in like manner.
This is why I come to the assumption that legal defamation action between the two did not eventuate,
proceed or conclude.

I allege (on assumption of events that have occurred) Premier Mr. Mike Rann as an act of retaliation and control over the opposition has said in the media on many occasions that any enquiry of corruption on Labor Ministers should also be made on Liberal politicians. This act I consider and allege is an act of intimidation and an act of blackmail. It is much like the police catching a speeding motorist and the motorist saying you can not book me unless you have no similar conviction. Or You can not book me unless an investigation is made into members of the police force for similar act of speeding in made. What crap? What garbage? What etcetera, etcetera B**l Sh*t.
The act of committing a crime is not in the crime its self according to Premier Don Dunstan. But in the act of getting caught. For which the caught offender must be prepared to suffer the consequences.
(6.) Premier Goody shoes media spin doctor Rann also while in opposition crowed across the Parliamentary chamber that he believed in bi-partisan state economic, and social problem solving. That there should be transparent parliamentary government reports and honest ministerial answers to Parliamentary Questions time.
Since coming to office by the trickery in gaining the support of Mr. Peter Lewis, has done every thing but what he crowed in opposition, across the floor of parliamentary Chamber. (Real hypocrite in not following what he preached )
Rann Government has :
i. hundreds of un answered opposition parliamentary questions for the protection of voters before the next election. Questions equivalent to the small words in the last paragraphs of a second hand Hire purchase dealers contract.
ii. not co-operated in any way with the opposition in question time thereby showing contempt towards the voters. Flirting *Quoting Rann own words) with other men's partners and flirting with other peoples freedom, called democracy
iii. The Attorney General has threatened some 3 voter with defamation action before the March 2010 election.
iv. Rann has outstanding defamation action cases before the state election against his voters and the democratic umpire, the media. which would have a direct bearing on the informed evaluation and the accuracy of the voters supporting or not supporting a questionable Premier.
Don Dunstan started the implementation and the code of conduct to sue political opponents. Mr. Olson, Mr. Rann, Mr. Atkinson seemed to have followed suit .
Facts: The highest court in the state is State Parliament. The highest court in the land is the Australian Federal Parliament.
In reality the final court of democracy are the people who remain concerned, remain awake but vigilant for democratic terrorist people that meet in the middle of the night to steal, plan strategies and plot against the non conformers.
I allege that Mr. Don Dunstan did it to his then leader. Mr. Mick Minchin and co did it to Mr. Dean Brown. So, over throw of political leaders by the jealous incompetent few that can not win in their own right, is not too foreign in Australian politics. It has had a beginning but not an ending just yet.
Mr. Rann was unable to win the first term election in his own right. Mr. Olson was unable to win the first term election in his own right. Mr. Nick Minchin was not able to win or organise the first term election in his own right when he was state director of the SA Liberal Party .
Political leaders should be able to name and shame opponents. there should be no need to hire others to do their dirty work. Using the courts, high paid lawyers and having confidential settlement clauses, in my view is a cowards way out.
They use parliament as a cowards castle. They use taxpayers funded money to sue voters. They use taxpayers funded money to pay for defamations against themselves. They use the government departments to collect data on citizens, then use the privacy act to not divulge the sources and punishment of political dissidents'.
Based on media reports I can not remember a SA state Liberal party Attorney General starting defamation action. Or being sued for defamation. The question is why not?
The answer can only be assumed or alleged. Joe Rossi believes that calm, efficient intelligent people do not need to resort to violence, intimidation, and harassment. Also people who enjoy sharing are not their for their own power, own importance and selfishness.

(re-elected).
We are a tough
lot of people. We have to endure more burning of the pocket and the sun burning
of the skin to notice
