Joe Rossi can not be considered a person completely naive of the laws and legal system and its procedures.
From family violence disputes to uniting immigrant family members, to single women child abuse and currently father children abuse very close to home.
What more impersonal and person experience does one require to be qualified to give some legitimate feed back. He may have more direct domestic violence experience at the grass root level than some Federal Court Magistrates and Lawyers.
