(2.) During year 2006 Federal Government advertised on TV and radio about

Violence against women.

(3.) Army husband fractured the partners left eye socket 12 days

after appendix operation. (not the first time)

(4.) The couple had son age 4, daughter aged 2 and twin daughter ages 4 months.

(5.) Wife took legal action charging husband with aggravated physical assault.

(6.) Wife needed hospitalization.

(7.) The solder's 2 Army Major, Major Peter Young and Major Stewart Saker

took upon themselves a need to write letters to the NSW Magistrate Court

to influence the court for minimal or no penalty for the soldier.

(8.) Generally in all employment and hospital medical records.

The next of kin is most normal cases is that the partner (Wife/ Husband) or

parent for children under the age of 15.

(9.) The Army, neither the hospital nor the police contacted the natural parents of the above assault.

(10.) My request is that contacting the person that assaulted you (" Hey mate did you know your partner was assaulted by you?) Is preposterous. The next of kin in these circumstance must be the victim's parent The Defence Force policy must change.
