upgrades occurs because of Federal Government Funding.
Submarine Building occurs because of Federal
Government Funding.
Metropolitan
Road upgrades. Use chewing gum (bitumen only) to fill
cracks in road.
Hospital
cleanliness. Unfair time constraints put in for
cleaners therefore Water is sprinkled in a sign of the cross action. This allows Golden Staff and super bugs to grow.
Flinders
Medical centre rooms are like rabbit warrens in size and passage including low
ceilings.
Education
school grounds. Sell and make children obese by lack
of room to exercise. No future thinking as
population increases need more school buildings.
New town
houses called condensed housing are also the size of battery hen cages another term is dog boxes This is un-Australian . Again giving lack of open space for children to exercise.

lawyers in the Labor lower house of Parliament and the Rann Government cannot
draft enforceable laws at the first attempt.

Rann in the Don Dunstan years believed that the park lands should be left as
they were designed. Park Lands.

Park Race course was intended to be removed and returned to Park Land.

Rann in the Don Dunstan years believed that the Upper House of SA parliament
should be abolished.

There has been several allegedly false
police arrests and court proceeding irregularities for which the SA State
Government has allegedly covered up or allegedly attempted to
cover up while the Present State Attorney General has been Minister.
Questions need to be continually asked
about a Social Worker charged with child sex offences that were later proved
incorrect.
Questions need to be continually
asked about a murder case Kio where evidence was inconclusive and alleged
manufactured conclusions.
Questions need to be asked about the
police incorrectly arresting and punching a man on a traffic warrant with a
mistaken identity
There has been at least 2 children
under 8 years of age that have been killed by their violent parent for which
the SA Government says they did not have enough personnel to investigate and
interrogate the parents well before the killing took place.Where is the Anger
Management Courses and the therapy for those who break up

Remember police do not respond
quickly to emergencies because of over work and lack of man power.
Social workers do not respond to
Family Law Courts for Child abuse cases and the like because of over work and
lack of man power..
The Criminal Law Courts are years
behind in hearing cases because of over work and lack of man power.
The State Police Minister takes some
5 months to respond to letters from constituents because of over work and lack
of man power...
The Mental Health services is near
non-existent as Mental Patients are left to their own devices in community
housing
because of over work and lack of man
power...
Medical Doctor treatments are now
some 7 days to have an appointment. (No longer 1 day
waiting)
Medical treatment in a Public
Hospital Emergency Department is quite often a 10 hour wait where before it was
under 4 hours.
Medical selective surgery treatment
in a Public Hospital is at least a 5 months wait
because of over work and lack of man power..
Where before it was awaiting period under 4 weeks.
So why the cut in public sector personnel
Mr. Mike Rann.
Domestic
Violence will not be curbed while
(a)
Police are under staffed.
(b)
While State Court Judges only give fines
(penalty) of just a cost of a box of beer.
(c)
While there is no compulsory victim Impact statements.
(d)
While States and Federal Judges do not
exchange information about the perpetrators.
(e)
While Judges give more penalty for verbal abuse than Physical abuse.
(f) While Judges do not punish promptly and
severely for the lies put forward to
them by the perpetrators or their lawyers.
(g)
While the Judges use the court revolving doors for offenders instead of the
jail
revolving doors.

While Politicians under fund school social workers, Domestic Violence
shelters, Children Access Centres,
Mr. Michael Atkinson did write to me
threatening to sue me for defamation on matters that I did not know any thing
about. When I replied go to ....... I
did not hear more about the matter. I was innocent of the allogation he presented.

Is Mr.
Michael Atkinson a racist? (A) Politically Correct no
Morally
correct I allege he is a racist based on his behaviour
towards new immigrants.
Racists can
take many forms blatant offensive or subdued offensive.
One can
call a person day go in a joking fashion and I consider it joking, friendly,
gesture in the atmosphere that it is given.
In Mr.
Atkinson case I shall state an incident which is very deliberate in action if
not intentional proven.
One would
assume that a person in no matter what profession would be given polite ,
courtesy and manners not to harass, intimidate, interject in what the practice
is maiden speech, acts, ceremonies. Very much like
running on a football field and before the game starts or when it finishes the
players give each other a handshake, best team win. Then
the fight is on for real.
In Atkinson
case I was first time elected to Parliament 1993.
I was to
give my maiden speech.
I expected
quiet and courtesy. Yet Atkinson decided to interject
and correct my grammar, pronunciations. Knowing full
well that I was first generation Italian, novel
in the profession and rather timid.
In politics
one should expect criticism of views, but not indiscriminate interjections. Mr. Atkinson seems to do his best to antagonize any one
who he feels weak. I call his actions as bullying and
offensive. I believe he is offensive and racist to
persons of different nationality than himself.
Mr. Kevin Foley the current South
Australian Secretive Treasurer.
Is Mr.
Kevin Foley secretive, and a bully.? Politically

Morally
correct I allege he is a bully because of his behaviour
towards me during the debate in Parliament about the funding of sport from the
profits of Poker machines.

Michael David Rann CNZM (born 5 January 1953), Australian
politician, is the 44th Premier of South Australia, serving
since the 2002 election. He has been
the parliamentary leader of the South
Australian division of the Australian Labor Party (ALP) since 1994, and
a South Australian MP since the 1985 election. He is also the current President of the ALP National Executive.[1]
Rann attended his brother's wedding in Adelaide, South
Australia, in 1977, and shortly afterwards moved there to accept a position
with Premier Don Dunstan's Unit for Industrial Democracy. Since Mike Rann came to Adelaide all the Labor Premiers under the
advice of Mike Rann ended up on the scrap heap losing elections and leaving the
state under financial ruin.
He worked for Dunstan as his press secretary,
speech writer and adviser, and went on to serve Labor
premiers Des Corcoran and John Bannon
in the same capacities after Dunstan's retirement from politics.
Early life
Rann was born in Sidcup,
Kent, United
Kingdom, to working-class parents. Most of
his childhood was spent with his father, an electrician in south London.
During his father's tenure in the second
world war at El Alamein, his mother was employed in an armaments
factory. Rann's family
emigrated from Blackfen to a rural village in New Zealand
in 1962.
After university, Rann was a political journalist
for the now defunct New Zealand Broadcasting
Corporation. It was reported that he struggled
with being an objective reporter.
One commentator reports that Rann was "frankly
inspired by Dunstan's idealism" as opposed to "Bannon's
cool electoral pragmatism". Rann sometimes talked
during this period of his ambitions to one day become Premier.
Rann wrote speeches on and assisted in policy development for civil
liberties, land, gay and women's rights, and
opposition to uranium mining, revealing a vein of idealism, his early
predilection was left of centre.[2]

When Briggs was abolished in an electoral
redistribution, Rann was elected to the new seat of Ramsay at the 1993 election. At the election, Labor lost government in a landslide due
to the State Bank. Rann was promoted to deputy leader
of his party following the defeat; however Arnold resigned as leader in September 1994. Rann became leader with the support of Labor Right
powerbroker Don Farrell,

Rann remained Leader of the Opposition
until the 2002 election, at which he
won enough seats to form a government and become Premier on 6 March 2002 with
the support of an independent MP, Peter Lewis. Lewis' decision was
controversial, but Rann later secured the support of conservative independent Rory McEwen
and the Nationals' Karlene
Maywald by adding them to his cabinet, and Bob Such as
speaker.
In addition to Premier, Rann is also the current
Minister for Economic Development, Minister for Social Inclusion, Minister for
the Arts, and Minister for Sustainability and Climate Change.
Rann was appointed chairman of a new Australian
Federation Council in July 2006, a council which aims to improve state-federal
ties. Rann also ran for national presidency in the
National Executive in August 2006, and made senior-vice presidency on 27% of
the vote. He began a rotation as National President on
1 March 2008.
Again it's about us not only making a difference
locally, but being a kind of model for others, which is what Dunstan used to
say he wanted us to be ... a laboratory and a leader for the future." Rann says he expects other reforms to be based upon
those enacted under his government, citing the state's strategic plan, a
10-year framework for development for government and business, of which the New South Wales
government will be adopting. "It's a plan for the
state, not just promises at each election. A lot of
colleagues interstate thought I'd gone mad when we named targets. Well we didn't want to set targets we could easily pass
and then pat ourselves on the back for, what's the point of that?"[5]

quarter 2008 polling saw a continued drop in the primary vote, down three to 38
percent, with the Liberal vote up five to 40 percent, breaking 50-50 after
preferences - the Preferred Premier figure recorded a six-point drop to 48
percent for Rann and up three to 30 percent for Hamilton-Smith. Some commentators put the poll slump down to "labor
movement ructions" over the underfunded Work Cover liability,
consolidation of rural health services, and the continued degradation of the River
Murray.[9][10] This
has since pulled back to 54 to 46 on two-party preferred terms with an
increased margin in the Preferred Premier rating. Polling
taken from The Sunday Mail during the 50-50 polling
suggests that whilst there have been large swings away from the government in
country areas, polling is holding relatively firm at 2006 election levels in
the metropolitan areas.[11]
Rann was married to Jenny Russell until the late
1990s and had two children with her, David and Eleanor. On
15 July 2006, he married his second wife, actress and
Greens member Sasha Carruozzo.[2

was once fearful of men in leather jackets, riding motor bikes, who had tattoos. Until a car mechanic of mine asked me to drive him to a
house who I knew belonged to the bike gang.
This mechanic was definitely not violent, domineering, had no criminal records,
did not have a motor bike, did not have tattoos.

The occupants did oblige in reducing the noise.

During the occupation of the Bikie gang of the house in the
suburb there
were no car steeling. No house invasions in the area.
When they moved crime increased.(Why? because they were not
bad persons.

THE Public Hospitals .
I had to
get tablets at the Flinders
Hospital some 4 years ago. On the way to the pharmacy I began to have claustrophobia. I had never been to that hospital before.
I had been
to the Royal Adelaide, the Modbury and the St Andrews.
I again
went to the Flinders several times during Months July to October 2008 to see a
friend dying from Kidney failure.
From the
emergency ward to the patient ward I again felt claustrophobic and had to leave
the ward during a 30 minute visit to get to a passage that had air blowing
vents to get relief.
Having said
this experience I am not confident in the Labor Party Government cabinet in
making the right design, the right location and the right furnishing of there
so called new Marjory
Jackson Hospital.
In the old
days of the 1950’s and 1970’s the architects and government considered the
practicality of things. They did not consider saving
money as a factor in building government hospitals, offices
and roads.
Had minimum
size widows, bedrooms, garden space, room heights, and etcetera.
Now they
consider what makes the most cheaply minimal functional design and service.
Match box
living apartments, hospital rooms, operating theatres and ventilation.
There is now
days no
consideration to ventilation when the air conditioner may break down, and no
consideration to natural light for patents and workers.
Some members of the community think that to improve the life
style and cleanliness of premises one has to move to new location preferably a
new house then all will be better.
In my opinion it is what is in the heart and mind of an
individual that makes a house or premises feel welcome and clean.
Buildings are only brick and mortar. Humans
within the building make it functional.
Mike Rann and his government in my opinion believe in trash
and burn the old and up with the new. (Make themselves feel good with a fuzzy feeling.)
